|Property Tax Foreclosure Auctions –
The following properties will be sold at the Robeson County Courthouse:Sale Date – October 13, 2015
Time: 12 noon
These properties listed below will be sold on November 3, 2015 at 12 noon here at the courthouse.
A public auction will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers at the Robeson County Administrative Building, located at 701 N. Elm Street, Lumberton, North Carolina. The property being auctioned is a 1.6 +/- acre tract with a residential home on the property, and is located at 109 Deer Trail Drive, Saint Pauls, North Carolina. Parcel Identification Number (2121-02-02330) Recorded at the Robeson County Registry of Deeds, July 21, 2015 in Deed Book 2002, Page 10-12. There will be an open house for tours of the property, Monday, October 26, 2015 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A deposit of 5% of the amount of the highest bid is required and must be tendered in the form of certified funds at the time of the sale. After bids have been received and reported to the Board, the Board shall accept or reject it within 30 days thereafter.
