When are applications taken?

Applications are taken on the 2nd & 4th Wedesday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. only.

What forms are required to complete an application?

Applicants must bring birth certificates and social security cards for all members in family. Applicants must be married or single, no live-in partners.

Selection is based on a waiting list.

Locations

• 110 Units at Morgan Britt Park in Lumberton
• 40 Units at Venton Court in Rowland
• 100 Units at Westgate Terrace in Red Springs (may apply directly here, they have their own waiting list)
• 40 Units at McColl Page Plaza in St. Pauls (elderly and disabled residents only, 1 bedroom units)
